1993 Accord SE

Just about every other week after I have driven a few miles and my car is warmed up, I will stop for whatever reason and when I go to start my car the "D4" on my dash flashes and my car won't start. I try to start it every minute or so until it finally starts. It usually takes about 5 minutes. What could be the prob?

Replace the EFI relay.

When I accelerate it doesn't sound smooth. I don't know how to explain it because you have to be in it and listen to it. I'll try though. It makes a "bur bur" sound. Like it might be a vacume leak. It is not loud. The car has 182,000 miles. Any ideas?
