There are 2 radio fuses, one in the underhood fuse box and 1 in the interior, be sure both are good. You will need a test light to figure the rest out. Which door does the lock work on? Was this a sudden thing or gradual loss of different locks? Driver window might be the switch or motor, will need to remove the door panel to gain access to the motor, once again you will need a test light to see if the power switches back and forth at the motor when you select up or down
