1991 Honda Accord 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive

Yes I am trying to repair this vehicle and am getting agravated. Fuel filters have been repalced. When the car is running it does fine at idle but when driving it is struggling to shift because it wants to sputter instead of shifting smooth.
