1986 Honda Accord Engine Size unknown Front Wheel Drive Manual 311000 miles

I have two honda accord LX's one has a problem no heat coming out of vents, but fan works fine.
The other has heat coming out of the vents but the fan isn't working.
Is there relays that need replaced or heat sensors?

Two different problems, the first is possibly a clogged heater core, or blend door stuck. The second if electrical, fuse or relay, or even a bad switch.

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
