Since I got my vehicle at the beginning of the year. I noticed it used up quite a lot of gas. I figured straight six, four wheel drive it might be normal. But then fuel consumption has gotten worse. I have also noticed lately it takes a lot of power to accelerate. Now my gas gauge is not moving from empty.

Check general tune. Check plug gaps, ignition leads, air and fuel filters, fuel pressure and scan for codes. Get a live data read and check O2 sensor operation. Failed o2 sensors will default to full rich and this is a fairly common problem.
