All lights work except high beams. When I pull lever back no high beams no change to low beams. When I click lever forward all headlights go off. This is an old police car and you can definitely tell they stripped the strobe light box out. Extra wires from hood to trunk.

Either a bad multi-function switch or the wiring to the headlights has been "patched" after they removed the wig wag lights. High beam power from the switch is the light green with black wire. Follow it from either headlight and you will likely find where it is bad.

Fire and police vehicles get a lot of "custom" wiring and sometimes the way they repair the wiring (if the even do) after they pull out the gear is more along the idea that "hey it is going to the auction, buyer beware".

Found the high beams they were connected to a wire that led to the trunk and just cut. Did some searching along the front of the frame and found the green wire you told me just cut, connected them and all is working great.
Thank you.
Also, found more wires connected to strobe light bulbs left in the car.
