Vehicle listed above has no ECM communication issue. I bought a tool called power probe 3000 just in case it wasn't ECM and found a short in driver side area underneath carpet. How do I get to the wires though it's right where I put my voltmeter red box in picture. How should I get to it? Seems like a pain in the butt to get to whether I go above where floor is or go below where there seems be a splash guard which I'm unable to figure how to take off. If anyone can explain and help me, it would be much appreciated. If someone can send me a picture video even better!

I don't see or know what "voltmeter red box in picture"? You will need to remove the seat and then the side trim panels to pull up the carpet. If you have a "no ECM communication" issue I would start by checking the fuses with the key on, here is a guide to help.

Here are the fuse locations. I would also swap out the ECM power supply relay as well. The location of the relay is near the right of the brake fluid reservoir. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
