These engines have a balance shaft drive chain which can break and cause the engine to vibrate, this there any other codes? If not, this is where I would look, Also, if you upload a short video from under the hood of the engine idling, I can tell for sure what's going on.

I would make sure the engine oil is clean and full with a new oil filter. Code P2C17 will come up if the camshaft actuator is not working, which happens when the oil is low or needs to be changed. Also, are there any noise from the engine while idling? Here is the location of the sensor but I am not sure if that will fix it, please let me know, The sensor B bank 1,

The P2C17 code in your 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 2.7L Turbo is related to the Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) Sensor, so I am getting conflicting reports on what the code is but the majority is for the Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) Sensor Bank 1, Sensor 3. Is if the turbo has fallen apart internally it will cause this code. Did the engine have good power before this problem? Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.

So the dealer had my truck for 3 weeks and couldn’t figure out the problem. The day I picked my truck up I drove about 160 miles and the issue returned. The dealer said they left something “open” to see it it would fix the problem so when my engine light came on I got 2 different codes than before. When I clear out the codes and wait a second it goes away.

Okay, it looks like you have two problems.

P0353 the coil and spark plug on cylinder C (3) so I replace the coils and the spark plugs, in fact all the spark plugs should be changed if they have not been already.

P2C13 - Problem is the exhaust camshaft actuator is not working, this can be because the engine oil is low or needs to be changed which I would try first, then clear the codes to see what happens.

Please let me know I am interested. Thanks for the video and images.
