No power to the resistor and no power to the blower motor. I replaced the resistor, that wasn't it.

Hello,
Have you checked the blower relay under the hood in the fuse box (TIPM)?
Since you are not getting power to the motor then you either have a bad relay or wiring or faulty switch.
Do a visual inspection of the relay for nay corrosion or burnt pin(s).
You can also test it as well.
