They sell a T-fitting that a garden hose fits on. The only thing is that you have to cut a heater hose in half. Install the T-fitting, then hook the garden hose up to it, turn on the garden hose full blast, then remove the radiator cap, start the engine and allow the garden hose to force any clog out of the heater core and hopefully out of the radiator cap filler neck. Or you could just replace the heater core. You should still add some flush to the radiator first, let the engine run until the engine is warm and thermostat opens, like thirty minutes or so, to allow all the flush cleaner to circulate throughout the entire cooling system, then drain all the coolant out, and replace with the proper mix of coolant/water, usually 50/50.
This should be done before if you decide to replace the heater core and or even before you try a heater core flush cause the coolant flush chemical will also help loosen up whatever is clogging it.
Maybe watch a couple videos about flushing an engine and/or heater core.
