Blows air at idea, we hear water moving when turning off the car. See steam from under thee hood when driving and when parking it?

Steam means you have a leak and are losing coolant. The lack of heat would be because the coolant is now low and not circulating through the heater core. You need to get the leak repaired and then fill up the coolant. If you keep driving you risk engine damage from it running hot due to the coolant loss (if it has not overheated already and not shown on the gauge due to the low coolant).

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
