1997 Nissan Altima Heater not working

My a/c is working fine when I am putting in the heater it is not working

Hi there,

with engine warm up, check the temp of both heater hoses with the temp on high. If not hot to touch, you may have a blocked heater core or a faulty heater tap. If both hot the venting system flaps could be stuck closed.
