Have you checked to see if the cabin air filter is plugged up from not being changed in a really long time?

It sounds like it could be a blend door actuator has gone bad. Does it sounds like the blower is working normally but no air is coming out?

Best, Ken

When you change the different air positions does the air come out full speed in any of the positions?Try removing the cabin air filter and closing the cabin air filter door and see if the air flow improves.

I posted the instructions and diagram for the pollen filter removal. Just make sure you pay attention to which way the arrow on the pollen filter is going. So when you put one back in you know the new one is installed correctly.

If it has one (LX trim level didn't) it is outside the cabin under the cowl trim piece at the base of the windshield on the passenger side. You remove the clips and gently remove the rubber seal, then the screws. Under that you will find a water shield, remove it and the filter is under it.

My manual says the cabin air filter is located just in front of the windshield under the cowl grille. Is this on the dash by the windshield or under the hool by the windshield. I took off what I thought was the cowl grille on the dash but could not find it.

Pop the hood, look at the passenger-side cowl, there should be some clips. Pop these off, drop down the housing you should be able to see the filter. I sugggest buying yourself a Chilton, or some such, type of book for your model year. It has a lot of info such as what you're looking for, relatively not much $$$$ also, no be-all end-all but some good info regardless.
