Headlights, interior lights, windshield wipers do not work, but the signal lights and windshield washer fluid work. I have replaced the ignition switch and the headlight switch as well as checked all the fuses. Where else can I look? Also, the A/C does not work, neither does the speedometer.

Sounds like a partial PDC failure. IE the main fuse box unit has failed inside. If the large fuses test okay then you will want to find a good shop and have them verify that, but it is very common. And expensive.
Chrysler decided to integrate as much electrical as possible and really screwed up by making one or two rails in the PDC power a lot of things and making it into a non-serviceable item. Instead you remove it and install a new one.

Chrysler products are sort of known for failures of the PDC/TIPM units as well as for bad grounds. What is the problem you are having and what is your Jeep?

I bought it from a friend, he said he changed the battery one day and now the headlights, interior lights, wipers, dash lights and A/C stopped working. I checked the fuses/ relays and they all checked out. Any idea what it could be?

If it is the same year and model as the above it's very likely to be the same problem. Take a test light and run the fuses with it.

Make a note of which ones work and which don't and post the results back on here and we can look at the wiring and see if there is any single item that can cause those to stop other than internal failure.
