Front bumper has fallen off

The front bumper of my jeep liberty has fallen off. It is cracked so I know I will need a new one. Also, one of the wires to attach the turn signal lights is severed. How do I go about fixing this and is it an expensive process?

Bumper fell off and can't reattach lights?

I believe the lights you are referring to are the fog lights. They mount in the front cover. The wiring will have to be re done with new connectors on the back of the lights after the cover is replaced.
