Recently bought this vehicle, a great many of the lights were inoperative - blown bulbs. Worked my way through all the issues, still have a couple of problems: The headlights only work on the "Auto" setting, cannot turn them on manually. Can cover the ambient light sensor and make them come on during daylight hours but they will not illuminate using the switch. DRL works fine, all other lights except fog lamps (missing) and driver's door entryway marker light on door (missing) work fine. The disable for the dome lights does not work, they come on when door is opened regardless of switch position, dome lights do not come on using thumb-wheel when doors are closed, regardless of switch position. Dash lights do dim and brighten as normal.

Hello,

It sounds like the headlight switch is not working right or th BCM is having an issue. Let test the headlight switch first by following this guide and using the headlight wiring diagram below.

Test through the switch. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.

Cheers, Ken

I had a thought as well that the multi-function switch can be out as well FYI. Use this guide to help test through the switch to confirm:

Please let us know what you find.
