LED lights can cause this issue because the system isn't designed for them and in the U.S. at least using an LED in a stock lamp housing that isn't LED is illegal. (In fact, any LED headlight used in a street vehicle that didn't come from the factory with LED headlamps is illegal) Don't want you to learn that the hard way. You can use LED bulbs in fog lights, turn signals and rear lighting but not headlamps. Some of the sellers will even tell you this if you dig on their sites enough. For instance.

As to your vehicle the TIPM controls the lights as well as the interior indicators. As such anything that doesn't match the stock bulbs in terms of current draw either higher or lower than the OE bulb will cause it to act strangely. I would swap it back and then see if you still have a problem. Also, could you tell me if any of the indicators in my earlier answer were the ones you saw?
