We are getting a low beam headlight indicator on our dash when we turn on the headlamps. The headlamps are good because they are on initially and then turn off. I changed the headlamps to an LED type, and I still have the same problem. I hope you can help us out. Thank you.

Could you take a picture of the indicator and post it, there is a green "lights on" indicator that I know of and another green one for the fog lamps. Or is this in the driver info center? You say you had this before the LEDs as well? Is it one of the highlighted ones in the image?

A new issue has now arisen. Now the driver's headlamp goes out followed by the passenger headlamp. At first only the passenger headlamp went out. Once both headlamps are off, the high beams will not work. Also, no low beam out indicator comes on. This is happening with the LED lights. I am going to put the standard lights back in and see if anything different happens.

LED lights can cause this issue because the system isn't designed for them and in the U.S. at least using an LED in a stock lamp housing that isn't LED is illegal. (In fact, any LED headlight used in a street vehicle that didn't come from the factory with LED headlamps is illegal) Don't want you to learn that the hard way. You can use LED bulbs in fog lights, turn signals and rear lighting but not headlamps. Some of the sellers will even tell you this if you dig on their sites enough. For instance.

As to your vehicle the TIPM controls the lights as well as the interior indicators. As such anything that doesn't match the stock bulbs in terms of current draw either higher or lower than the OE bulb will cause it to act strangely. I would swap it back and then see if you still have a problem. Also, could you tell me if any of the indicators in my earlier answer were the ones you saw?

The problem has been fixed. Removed the LED Lights. Installed new halogen lights and problem went away.

Yeah, that is one of the things with many LED lights, they toss them together and sell them without caring about quality or fitment. Glad to hear you got it taken care of.
