Head gasket replaced, codes PO222, PO118, P2111 and PO123

Good evening,

I replaced the head gasket and put everything back together. The engine is now skipping and showing a few codes that I don't believe is the problem.
The codes are PO222, PO118, P2111 and PO123. Do you think its the throttle or something else can be allowing the wrong codes? What to do please?

This looks like the throttle actuator is not working stuck? can you disconnect the wiring to the actuator and then work the actuator is see if it moves smoothly. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what's going on, that would be great. You can upload it here with your response.
