So, after all the problems, it started running really good, but I notice that it takes like a crank or two extra to kick on and takes a minute for the RPMs to get at idle level. No check engine light, so idk if my alternator is failing or if it’s my fuel pump or what. Please let me know what you think. Also, I don't know if it's normal but when I use my power windows, it dims my headlights.

Sorry for the delay but it appears this post was not confirmed until today.

More than likely the confirmation email is in your spam folder.

However, this issue is most likely fuel related. The taking a minute or two to level out the idle is normal. That is basically the engine trying to warm up as fast as possible so I would not worry about that part of it.

As for the hard starting we need to check the fuel pressure. Here are a couple of guides that will help with this:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/engine-cranks-excessively-before-starting

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-fuel-system-pressure-and-regulator

Once we know the fuel pressure when this is hard starting, we will have a better direction on where to go.

Please run through all this and let me know what you find.

Thanks
