Hard idle, sounds like it is misfiring

So a few weeks ago my car stalled while idling, it was weird. Then my car started idling extremely hard, and the tachometer needle was dancing. It stalls once in a while when idling, and sometimes is hard to start.
My dad had me try a fuel injector cleaner and now it’s not idling as hard, hasn’t stalled when idling but the needle still dances a bit and it feels like it wants to stall or like it wants to misfire but doesn’t.
Am I wrong for thinking the fuel injector needs a good thorough cleaning?

No, you are heading in the right direction. I would have a shop clean them professionally as the additives do not have much effect.

Also, the stalling may be from a dirty throttle body. Check the guide I attached.

So they ended up giving it a tune up and did a ton of other things. $1,000.00 later, it stalled the next day, got it towed back to the garage because I couldn’t get it started. It was there for 2 days and they said it was fine, couldn’t find a reason why it would stall. Tonight again it stalled. I don't know what to do.
