Grinding noise

When I start driving I hear a grinding noise coming from drivers side. I press the brake and sound does not change. it's all wheel drive.

Grinding noises could be a couple things but based on what you are saying it sounds like the hub bearing is the issue.

If this is the hub, the easiest way to find this is to lift the vehicle and spin each wheel by hand and see if any of them make a grinding noise when spinning. This will confirm which wheel it is.

In the event I am correct, I attached the procedure on how to replace the hub. Let me know if I am missing something. Thanks

Ran into another problem. battery lights been on. took it to the car wash and everything stopped working. radio, speedometer, everything. I know that would be alternator, but would it make it lose all power?
