When I turn to the right there is a light grinding noise coming rfom the back of the car. The faster and sharper the turn the loulder the noise. It does not make noise when I turn to the left.

Sounds like ur rear differntial sometimes the fluid gets water in it.I would try changing the fluid if it comes out all milky looking then u have water in the fluid then I would check ur vent hose and make sure it has a breather cap if not put one on it.alot of the time changing the fluid helps stop rear end noise.get the fluid from the dealer I would start there.
