Got spark and fuel, no start?

Replaced plugs wires, ICM, cap, rotor, cool and fuel pump. no start.

Hi,

If you have spark and fuel, it should run unless compression is too low or there is a timing issue. Also, if the injector isn't getting power, it won't get fuel even if the pump is working.

Do me a favor. See if it starts for a second or two when you use starting fluid. If it does and then stalls, we know its fuel related.

Also, I need you to scan for diagnostic trouble codes. This has an obd1 system that doesn't require a scan tool. All that is needed is a short jumper wire or even a paper clip. Follow the directions in this link and let me know the results:
