The truck was on E and this morning when I tried to start it up, it wouldnt start. I got some gas and put in it and I let it set for a moment and tried to start it up, but it still didnt start. Can you tell me what else should I do?

First you need to check to see if it has spark. Remove a plug wire and rest it close to metal. Crank engine and tell us if there are sparks.

Spray starter fluid or carb cleaner into intake. If it starts then you most likely need a new fuel pump.

Everytime I try to start it up, it is like the engine wants to turn over but it keeps stalling. It wants to turn over but doesnt. The gas gauge says that there is gas in there now. Could it be because I let the gas tank get completely empty before I refilled?

Does it start when spraying with carb cleaner? You might not think the pump is bad but I might. Just because you hear it running doesnt mean its good.

I have an electric fuel pump, how do I get the gas flowing through it again without bring it to the shop, so the truck will start?
