So when you turn the key everything in the car turns on, radio, air, lights, windows even work. We replaced the starter and it still isn't starting. The battery is good as well and charged at 100% so we know it isn't the alternator. What could it possibly be?

Hi,

When you turn the key does the engine crank but it just won't start or does it not do anything?

If it cranks then we need to find out if there is fuel pressure and spark. You can do this by putting a fuel pressure gauge on the engine while it is cranking. Let me know what your PSI is when cranking. Then remove a spark plug and hook up the plug wire and hold it against the block and see if the plug sparks.

If it does not crank then you need to check fuses and relays for the starter because if those are blown then your starter will not turn.

Let me know what you find and we can go from there. Thanks

Hello,

This could be a problem with your vehicle's starter relay. The starter relay is what allows the electricity to go to the starter and start your vehicle. In the diagrams down below I have included a wiring diagram for your vehicle's starting system as well as an under hood fuse block diagram where the starter relay is located. Here is a link for you to go to as well:

Please go through these guides and get back to us with you are able to find out.

Thanks,

So o figured it out it was actually my alarm system. I had to rest that and change the battery in my key and it worked and started up just fine. Thank you so much.
