my truck will run hot really quick it did have a leak in one of the hoses and i replaced it i check the thermastat and looked at oil to see if it looked creamy to see if it had a cracked head and the oil was fine but after all i have done it still runs hot what else could i do

Visit a parts store and get a kit that allows you to test the coolant for combustion gasses. It could be a bad head gasket or a small crack in the head.
The test kit will show you if its the head/gasket.
After that check the radiator for blockage, water pump to see if it's actually pumping and other coolant blockage.
