Transmission problem
1990 GMC Sierra V8 Manual 175000 miles

clutch not working. replaced master cylinder and slave cylinder and lines but can't get fluid through lines and no pedal

Hi there,

bleed the master cylinder first, take of the pipe and press pedal, have someone block out let with a finger and release pedal, don't remove the finger till the pedal is fully up, do this 3-4 times until fluid ids flowing, if it wont the master is faulty, if you get fluid , re attach the line and complete the bleeding at the slave.
