1998 GMC Safari charging problems

i have now replaced the altenator and battery the wires are fine so please give another answer than check volts and amps or the wires all have been checked and they are fine so what else could cause this still to discharge or not charge at all

Hi there,

Do a current draw test, place an Amp meter between bat Pos (+) and the cable, ( don't try and start car! check currant draw with key off and doors closed, report back your findings.
