Instrument panel lights,stereo lights and air control light are not working?

I have a 2001 impala LS with 95,000 miles on it. and my panel lights,stereo lights and air control light are not working when I drive at night. I check all my fuses and they all are good. I mean when I drive my care I can not tell how fast I'm going or see what station I am listening to because my interior lights don't work. What can I do to fix the problem or what's wrong with my car?

I would check the Rear Park LMP light fuse because it powers these systems, here is a guide to help and I have included the location of the fuse in tha images below. The fuse is in the right side interior fuse panel
