turn signals not flashing

the turn signals on my 1992 oldsmobile achieva do not flash, they just stay on, but the four ways flash normally. how do i fix this?

Replace the turn signal flasher.

where can i find the flasher?

under the dashboard sometimes on the same fuse board, there will be two flasers one for the "hazard" and the other for turn signals, simply turn the hazard on and "hear" the "clicking sound" there will be the two of them.
