I own a 95 oldsmobile achivea s quad 4 motor my miliage is 133,404 my problem is when I put in reverse it does not move if I press down on gas to the floor it will jerks really hard like something is resricting it to move it will work in drive

Check the ajustement of the linkage:
move the shift lever from the PARK position to the lowest DRIVE gear. Detents should be felt at each of these positions.
If detent cannot be felt, ajust the linkages.
If detent is felt :
- check your reverse clucth.
