Turn signals don't work

1991 buick park ave, 119,300miles. Turn signals don't work at all. They don't come on or nothing. Worked fine the day before.I replaced all three silver flash fuses. And still nothing. Checked all regular fuses & their fine. Now what?

Replace the flasher unit. If it doesn't help it is probably the turn signal sw. They are a medium failure item and dealer only for about $50.00
