There was one other issure I had with a 94 buick. It turned out the plate that the coil packs are mounted on was cause a direct short to the ignition module.
Olds are famous for their ground distribution. You might want to check the bundle of gound wires on the lower left front of the engine. Remove the bolt and clean the connection. Ground goes into the ignition module on the only back/white wire. Try putting a ground on this connection or if you have an ohmmeter check it to graond. You want less than than 2.5 ohms.
Did you replece the crankshsft sensor behind the engine harmonic balancer? That input to the module is on the yellow and purple wires.
My business for over 40 yeasr was automotive electronics. I fixed cars that everyone had given up on.

Suggested Repair
Check and clean the ground bundle at the lower left front of the engine and the black/white ignition-module ground (under 2.5 ohms). Inspect the ignition module connector for poor contact and the coil-pack mounting plate for a short to the module. Confirm whether the engine is a 3.3L or 3.1L. The crankshaft sensor was already replaced.
Conversation Summary
The owner of a 1993 Oldsmobile Cutlass Cruiser 3.3L reported no spark at the plug wires while cranking and a no-start after replacing coils, the ignition module, plug wires, ECM, harness, and crankshaft sensor. Codes 42 (EST circuit) and 34 (low MAF signal) were present. The expert suggested verifying the engine size, checking the ignition module connector, looking for a short from the coil-pack mounting plate, and cleaning engine and module grounds. The owner planned to check the grounds.
