Hello! My 1997 Chevy Malibu (164113 miles) is swaying at higher speeds (50+mph)..for instance, when I steer left, it sways to the right. There is also a clicking sounds when I steer at low speeds. What could be causing this?

Say could be a combination of bad shocks, tires and alignment. The clicking is usually associated with CV joints. Does it click more in a turn??

I haven't had it aligned recently, but it does drive straight when I let go of the wheel. It does click when I'm driving at low speeds, say 5-10 mph and then make a turn.

You have a bad CV joint for sure. Turn left and right sharp and see which way makes the most noise. Check you tires and ball joints for sure.
