Is there a drop under the car?
or just have to re-fill once on a while?
could be a hose... water pump.. radiator...
park your car and start your engine block the wheels and check underneath with a flashlight... you have to see a leak somwhere.

Suggested Repair

Park the van, block the wheels, start the engine, and inspect underneath with a flashlight to find where the antifreeze drip starts. Check the hoses, radiator, and water pump.
