Driver side mirror

The vehicle is a 1996 GMC Jimmy 4 dr. SLT 4X4 with power mirrors. The question is the mirror is broken off at the base how do I go about removing the old and replaceing with a new one.

Probably requires the removal of the door panel, then unscrew it from the inside, Get the tool for the clips, If you don't you will break the door panel!
