Coolant leak. Looks as though it is comming from the rear of the motor. It seems to be a slow leak, but you can see it dripping and smell it.
4wd 4.3L V6

Take a look at the intake. Those motors will leak coolant and the coolant will run down the intake runner and leak down the backside. You may want to get a pressure tester from a parts store and pressure test it and watch for the leak.
