1991 GMC Jimmy oil leak

1991 GMC Jimmy 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 91 GMC Jimmy S-15 with a oil leak and I don't know where it's coming from. I have been told it could either be the oil pressure sensor or seal. What's the easiest way to determine which one it is?

You have two choices. Get engine cleaner at the parts store, follow the directions on the can and clean the engine. After cleaning it, see if you can find where the leak is coming from. Or, you can get a dye and place it into the engine and with a black light check for the leak.
