The radio remains on after the engine is turned off and the drivers side door is opened. If the windshield wipers are on, they also remain on. I can ope the passenger side door and they turn off. Drivers side window just repaired because it "fell". Put new actuatur in and now we have this problem. Have replaced "jamb" switches already with no luck.
Manual show BCM (body control module) in wiring diagrams. Is that the problem? Also the airbag light on the dash remains on and will not go out. HELP!

Wow! You have some interesting problems. As far as the radio / wipers, I would recommend having the BCM checked. That could be the cause of the problems. As far as the air bag light, you need to have the computer scanned to identify what is causing that problem. It could be a sensor. NOTE: Most nationally recognized parts stores will scan it for free for you.

Have it checked and let me know what you find.
