2007 GMC C1500 front end

Front end shimmies and steering wheel oscillates back and forth 2-3inches when brakes are applied at +50mph going straight, not as bad while in a curve. At -50mph truck surges or pulsates when applying brake as if to be pumping the brake pedal. Thanks for any help.

Need to check rotors for excessive runout and caliper function. You will probably end up replacing rotors, calipers and pads. Also give a look at wheel bearings while your at it.
