Replaced battery (car had been sitting well over six months before being purchased) so an oil change and tune up were done, in addition to a new battery. Took battery back because car didn't start after two weeks with it in - battery was bad. Also replaced alternator. Car didn't want to start today - it did whine and then click, so no click by itself. When it did start, I turned off my flashers and the radio went off too. It made it less than 5 miles before it began losing power. Floored, 2400 rpm and 10 mph. Got it to a safe place where it is now sitting. Is the next move cellenoid, starter, fuse or what?

Spray some starting fluid down the TB and if it starts and runs for a few seconds, it is most likely spark.

From what you describe, it sounds like the alt. is not putting out enough voltage. If you can get it started, put a DVOM on the battery, you should be getting 13.5-14.5V. If not the alt. or fuse/relay is bad.
