I’ve replaced the fuel pump assembly, the vent solenoid, and the purge solenoid.

The gas gauge is reading wrong and when I try to fill up the gas tube isn’t venting properly and the gas pump keeps clicking off, no matter how slow you pump the gas.

There is a safety valve/door where gas flows from the tube into the actual gas tank. I’ve checked it and it opens and closes freely, no issues.

I’ve sprayed air through a few of the lines.

There is a dust separator I would check for blockage, or it might not be working, also double check the vent hoses to make sure there is now a kink in the hose and look at the EVAP canister vent valve. If you temporarily remove the vent line and try to add fuel this should tell us if it is a vent issue, or the main fuel filler tube is having an issue. Please start a new thread for the fuel gauge issue. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

It doesn’t seem to be a kink in any of the hoses. I unplugged the hoses to the vent valve and the dust separator. (Please see the attached picture) and I went to fill up at the gas station and I’m still having issues pumping gas.

Okay, then the blockage must be in the fill or vent tube itself, also, some fuel tanks have a anti-roll over valve in the tank that might be stuck, do you remember seeing it when the tank was out? I would remove the filler neck and vent tube for inspection. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.

What does the anti-rollover valve look like?

Is it on the diagram?

In my previous message I had stated that I unplugged the vent tube but was still having issues at the gas pump... So I would think that the issue would not be in the vent tube, correct?

As far as the fill tube goes, when I pull up to the gas pump, I am able to put in about $5-10 every time with no issues and then all of a sudden, the pump clicks off and if you try to pump any more it won’t let you. I would think if there is an issue with the fill tube you wouldn’t be able to pump the $5-10 worth of gas each time with no issue, right?

Yep, that is strange. The rollover valve is in the filler neck part of the fuel tank if it has one, they don't show it in the diagrams. Did you have this problem before the repair?

I would start taking things apart for inspection, especially the filler neck. Retest the vent valve and the dust separator. We must be missing something we can't see. Upload images of any parts that look questionable.

I unplugged all the hoses related to the Evap system and I was finally able to fill up at the gas station.

That is good, so we know it is a vent problem, the EVAP system is sealed so the problem must be with the filler neck vent. It sounds like the vent tube has come apart internally.
