You will want to run it to about a half tank or so, then jack it up in the rear. The filler neck is easy to change as it's pretty much out in the open. There are the three screws you can see in next to the cap and most have a couple small brackets that hold it to the body near the clamp for the EVAP pipe but they can rust off depending on the area you live. The hardest part is removing the clamps that secure the hoses.
