I recently changed the fuel pressure regulator and it started right after I changed it. The next day I went to start it and the car wouldn't turn over. You can also smell gas outside of the car. What could the problem could I be having?

Good morning,

This sounds like you have an external leak. You need to check the lines from the rail back to the tank.

I would also check the actual fuel pressure to be sure the pump is working correctly.

Fuel Pressure (Key ON Engine OFF) .................... 364-405 kPa (53-59 psi)
