Replaced fuel pump thinking that was the reason it wasn't starting!Checked power to it and realized orange wire is getting power but black and pink wire isn't!Any ideas?

The black wire is the ground wire for the fuel pump. It must never have anything other than 0 volts.

You should have a yellow / white wire. That's for the fuel level sending unit.

The pink / black wire is the feed for the fuel pump. That comes from the inertia switch. Be sure that's not tripped. Other than that, there had better not be any voltage on that wire until you're cranking the engine. If that 12 volts is missing, don't get all wrapped up in that circuit until you check for loss of spark first. Loss of spark AND fuel is a lot more common that just a dead pump. You didn't list an engine size. You'll need to provide that information if I need to refer back to a wiring diagram.
