I have been looking through wiring schematics and have determined it can only be a few things. First, make sure the fuel pump ground is good. Next, look at picture 1 and 2. They are from the same page, but I had to copy it twice for it to fit and be readable. These pictures show the fuel pump relay, oil pressure switch, and fuel pump. Power is supplied via the orange wire which runs to both components and then to the pump. If the relay is good, suspect the oil pressure switch not allowing power to the gray wire. If the oil pressure switch is good, suspect the relay is bad. Next, confirm there is power from the orange wire going to these components. Power is supplied via the PCM pin 3 (see picture 3). Confirm power is present and there is no break in the orange wire.
The last picture I attached is of the entire page, the one I cut in half for pictures 1 and 2. I don't know if you will be able to enlarge it.
