When I prime the system the fuel pump sounds normal to me not weak at all. (Will put video) and the fuel rail has good pressure when I prime but after starting and letting idle for a few minutes I turn it off and check the fuel rail pressure relief valve and it has no pressure at all? I think the system is suppose to hold pressure after the engine shuts off so could it be injectors? There is no fuel leaking anywhere either.

Also after I turn it off there is a really strong smell of fuel in the air? Don't know if that helps.

From your description of the strong fuel smell I suspect you have a leak but hidden. That is because a bad injector will 90% of the time create a misfire in the cylinder and trigger a code. I suspect it is the pulse dampener on the fuel rail. To check it just pull the vacuum line off with the engine running, if there is any signs of fuel, the dampener is bad.
It would cause rapid pressure drop and fuel smell because it is dumping fuel into the vacuum system.
