Hi,
First, check fuse 9 in the under-hood fuse box. In addition to checking the fuse, confirm there is power to and from it. Here is a link to help:

If it is good, then check to make sure the fuel pump relay in the same box is good. The easiest thing to do is switch it with a different relay in the box having the same part number. If there isn't one, here is a link that explains how to test one.

If those are good, pressure needs to be checked. Have you checked fuel pressure? If not, this is the next step. If the fuel pump is faulty, it will cause this.
Here is a link that explains how it's done. You will need a fuel pressure gauge, but most parts stores will lend one to you.
