Fuel in oil, will not start?

Car has been going downhill for about 2 months. Losing power. Idles rough but not high. I realized I had fuel in my oil. Possibly fuel injectors leaking? Changed oil and now it won't start. The mechanic said there was no oil pressure or compression. Motor blown. But when I try to start it. Sounds like it wants to. Almost like not getting enough fuel to start. Code reader will not read my truck. Not sure why.

Yes, it is possible the fuel injectors are leaking, or it could be the fuel pressure regulator here is the location so you can remove the vacuum line to see if gas is present and if so, the regulator is bad. Also, to see if the mechanic is correct, you can check the compression, here is the guide:
