Fuel pump not working properly

Hi,

What you're saying makes sense. Have you tried removing the black to inspect it for any corrosion or damage issues?

Joe, I cut the new ground. I spliced it into the black and white wire and tied it into the short black wire that's grounded to the frame, and it ran, so I believe I have an ungrounded frame. I have been ignoring the black wire since it just goes to the frame at the pump. So, I'm going to run new frame grounds and engine block grounds, and this should solve everything. Thanks so much for your input because I was going crazy.
